• Treat our staff with respect and follow all service guidelines and instructions.
• Arrange for prompt pick-up of your pet(s) at the agreed-upon time.
• Maintain an emergency contact who can make decisions regarding your pet if you are unreachable.

4. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide excellent care for all pets, we reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to pets that pose a safety risk to our staff or other animals.
• Modify, suspend, or terminate services due to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, or severe weather conditions.
• Adjust service hours and availability without prior notice.
• Limit the number of pets we can accommodate at any given time.
• Require additional fees for pets with special needs or behavioral issues that require extra attention.
• Transport your pet to emergency veterinary care if deemed necessary, with associated costs being your responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Tyfaxiy website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Tyfaxiy and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on our content without explicit written permission. The Tyfaxiy name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks of Tyfaxiy and may not be used in any manner without prior written consent.

6. Liability Limitations

Tyfaxiy provides pet care services with the utmost care and professionalism. However:

• We are not liable for any pre-existing health conditions or injuries that may worsen during our care.
• Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific service during which an incident occurred.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by your pet to our facilities or equipment.
• We assume no liability for injuries sustained by pets that have behavioral issues not disclosed to us.
• In the case of emergency veterinary care, our liability extends only to arranging such care, not the outcomes or costs associated with treatment.
• We are not liable for any allergic reactions or unforeseen health complications that may arise during our care.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or our services shall be resolved through the following process:

• Initial attempt at informal resolution through direct communication.
• If informal resolution fails, disputes will be submitted to mediation under the rules of a mutually agreed-upon mediation service.
• If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Tyfaxiy operates.
• You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against Tyfaxiy.
• The prevailing party in any dispute resolution process shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before scheduled service will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service are non-refundable.
• No-shows will be charged the full service fee.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to our collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Modifications to Terms
